- These are just PCB (Printed Circuit Boards/Electronics Boards), not the whole HDD (Hard Disk Drive);
- We only charge shipping fee excluding customs fee. Most customers haven't been charged the Customs fee. If you will be charged the fee, you should be responsible for it.
- Most of the PCB are second hand. However, all boards have been fully tested before shipment;
- All PCB are used as data recovery/repair issues, there is no refund/exchange policy;
- It is a buyer responsibility to know if the board is adequate for his hard drive model;
- In most cases, you should exchange the BIOS/Main Controller IC before you swap hard drive PCB, in order to make the replacement board compatible with your HDD.
- Hard drive failures are NOT always caused by PCB failure. We cannot guarantee your drive to be repaired by replacing the hard drive PCB;

Western Digital hard drive PCBs usually have several letter strings after the board number: REV A, REV B, REV P0, REV P1, REV P2, etc., which are the version of the board. For users who want to replace the board, different versions can be generic, so we usually ship them randomly! If you would like to specify a version, please leave us a message when placing your order and we will try to make you happy (it usually takes more time to prepare and ship).
