Swapped the BIOS the light doesnt flash but the drive does not spin at all

Hi, I bought a HD103UJ Samsung PCB BF41-00206B and I have swapped the BIOS chip, I’m a computer technician so I did it right. The old pcb caused the the hdd to make my power light flash on my usb caddy, now ive replaced it and swapped the bios the light doesnt flash but the drive does not spin at all. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The PCB’s BIOS is integrated into the Main Controller IC. You should exchange the Main Controller IC to let the HDD be recognized. Move the Main Controller IC(the biggest chip on the board) is a complex job which need you have certain technique. Some electronics repair shop can do it. Do you mean you had changed the Main Controller IC?
