Support PCB chip change

First of all, just to thank you for sending my PCB I already have it in my hands.

But I have a doubt to be able to make the change from the old PCB to the new one.

The requested PCB is a 100535537 REV A for a Seagate Barracuda LP 1.5 TB drive

The PCB they sent corresponds to the model mentioned above, I see that the card’s BIOS chip is changed, my question is to know what is that chip on my disk?

I have compared the cards and I see that the one they sent me is missing chips, I suppose they are the chips that I have to transfer from my old card to the new one.

My question is do I have to go through all the missing chips or just the BIOS? That according to me are these two

First of all I want to thank you for your prompt response and great help, from what I see I was confused which was the BIOS Chip on my PCB.

I have a couple of questions:

1.- In the attached image there are the two PCBs, the New and the Old, when comparing the cards I observe that the new card is missing some circuits, do I have to place the missing chips on the new card? or just the Bios chip?

2.- mark on my old card the damage that it currently presents, a chip was burned by putting a greater electrical source on it, do you think that if I change only that chip without having to change the bios it will work again?

These are the last doubts that I have. I hope you can guide me, once again thanks for all your support, I am attentive to your comments and indications, I send you a hug from Mexico.

Just need to change BIOS, don’t need to change others.
