I have a Toshiba DT01ABA100V that does not power up, with no noise, or obvious mechanical issues. I suspect the PCB is faulty. The PCB White Label # is “0J21827TS0076-KBC3310PHV”
I would like to replace the PCB to attempt data recovery.
I think this is the correct PCB listed on your website for this drive.

Your website mentioned a bios chip. I have circled in red what I think is the bios chip, does this need to be de-soldered and installed on the replacement PCB?
Can you suggest a recommended replacement? Please feel free to email me
That is the BIOS chip which need to be changed.
