Hard Disk TOSHIBA DT01ACA200 suddenly can’t access the files

Hello. We have Hard Disk TOSHIBA DT01ACA200 and suddenly we can’t access the files fast. The computer recognize it. We see the Folder structure inside… but when we go to read or write anything is slow like turtle… We don’t hear any tik Tak… and also we hear the motor to spin.  Also I think that is temperature on HD is too hot… So we wanted to ask u from your experience if you think is the board than need replacement.

Replacement the PCB will not solve the problem below.

    * The drive will power up normally (no ticking noises, errors etc) but will not be recognized by the computer

    * The drive will power up normally and be recognized correctly but will report a size of 0 bytes

    * The drive will power up but report SMART errors on boot

Those problem is caused by the HDD firmware corrupted.You can find a data recovery company help.
