How much would it cost diagnose my hard drive. The drive has an 8 pin U12 chip. IT is a dark cased WD400BB. CIRCUIT BOARD ID: 2060-001130-12 REV A

***** The drive has no spin, and no action. I have a hard drive of exact model, and it spins with data, therefore my drive reader is working, and the reader is new. I cannot use the back-up drive for parts. Although I have ordered an additional tested drive online, I would rather use your services if the price is reasonable. Can you send me an estimate.

Back ground:  Computer was diagnosed on multiple areas. Computer was in a polluted environment. Motherboard failed. Possible burn out / or short. This my have affected the hard drive. DVD, and CD are working. Power supply is working. The hard drive is un-readable.

This PCB is too old to be found.
