Hi, I would like to know if it is feasible to replace burnt hard drive components with equivalents before paying for a clone pcb? I have a Western Digital 2005 250Gb SATA broken drive I’d like to retrieve files from but don’t have much money (like most people, I guess). I’m assuming therefore that none of the big chips have gone also. Trouble is, I can only see (just) the number on the two diodes. What are the 6-legged component and could these be blown? I’ve attached some pics. The board is no 2060-701335-005 Rev A and serial no. is WMANY1117053. Thank you for taking the time.

When you get this PCB, you need to move your original PCB’s BIOS to the replacement PCB. The 8pins (4 pins on each sides) with 25P05VP、25P10VP、25F512、25F1024、25F1024AN、SST25VF512、SST25VF010, etc. are the BIOS.
